What we collect

When you request a quote, you give us:

• your name, email address and phone number;
• your route: where the vehicle is now and where it needs to go;
• details of the vehicle or move: for a car, its year, make and model; for a truck, the details of the move; and your approximate date of service.

When you visit the site, we also receive some information automatically: the page you came from and the pages you view, your IP address, your browser type and language, and the date and time of your visit.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to prepare and send your quote, to contact you about it, and to run the trip if you book. We use the automatic information to understand how people use the site and to improve it.

Where your quote request goes

Quote requests are emailed to us at info@crosscountrydriver.com and stored in the website’s form system.

Vehicle (car, SUV, pickup or van) quote requests are also sent to our lead-handling system.

We share a vehicle quote request with a partner transport or driving company only if we cannot fulfill it ourselves, as a courtesy to our customers. That company may then contact you directly with a quote. Truck quote requests are not shared.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies, which are small files stored on your device. We use analytics cookies from Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see which pages visitors view and which pages lead to quote requests. This site does not respond to Do Not Track signals.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide the services you ask for, to serve returning customers, to meet legal obligations such as tax requirements, or to support a legal claim or defense.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you give us.
